				        	Effects on biodiesel glycerin soaps:

				        - Boric acid can be used to neutralize high pH glycerin or soap.
- Bar Soap - Boric acid can be used only when the soap has be hot processed to lower the pH of the soap.
- Liquid Soap - Boric acid can be used at any time to lower the pH of liquid soap.
- Hybrid Soap - Boric acid can be used to lower the pH in biodiesel soaps that use both sodium and potassium based glycerin. If the hybrid soap has been cold processed and the soap is solid boric acid cannot be used to lower the pH of the soap.
